Internships

Are you interested in public policy? Are you a graduate student in public policy, public administration, economics, or a related field?  If so, the Fiscal Research Division (FRD) of the North Carolina General Assembly is looking for interns who are interested in working on the budget process and providing fiscal analysis to join us for a full-time, 10-week summer internship.

We are a nonpartisan office that specializes in supporting legislators in developing the State Budget and modifying the State’s revenue laws.  Our interns will work directly with legislators and FRD staff in the budget process and produce an original public policy research project.
