The Fiscal Research Division did not produce an Annotated Conference Committee Report publication for the 2020 Session. The publication, which is based on a comprehensive Conference Committee Report and Appropriations Act as enacted by the General Assembly and signed into law by the Governor, is not possible for the 2020 Session. The General Assembly instead enacted a series of supplemental appropriations bills that were signed into law by the Governor modifying the budget established in the 2019 Session.
