They will be expected to provide further details on what they have learned from the failings of the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency and outline GROW NC\u2019s plans for Helene recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have to make sure that the new agency in charge of Helene recovery does not repeat the mistakes of its predecessor. We want to set the GROW NC staff up for success from the get-go. We want to work together, but we want them to know that we\u2019re paying attention.\u201d said Co-Chair Rep.
