Spending on Applied Behavior Analysis therapy has skyrocketed. Members have concerns about how waste, fraud and abuse are monitored. This also leads to questions about the $1.1 billion rebase request from Governor Josh Stein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe soaring costs for Medicaid are unsustainable for our taxpayers,\u201d Chair Grant Campbell (R-Cabarrus) said. \u201cIt leads us to question how those in charge are doing their jobs.
